Sign 2

On Wednesday we went to London for a reception held in the Canadian embassy. All Canadian alumni living in the UK were invited. While the reception was a little dull (apart from the mixed blessing of Sleemans beer, priced conveniently at 6$ a bottle...), we enjoyed walking around London with our fellow Canadian friend Marc, from Josh's lab. As seen here, many of the intersections host helpful reminders for tourists crossing the street.

Hello Julee, may I remind you of the family-oriented nature of this blog. For the record, only Heather's "trousers" are visible in this photo thank you very much. :)

Apparently Heather is not too good at reading the signs... Looking left is not just for tourists!

Thank you Doug! At least someone caught our subtle little joke!
