Storybook

Josh and Heather once lived in London Ontario together: Heather in the womb and Josh riding his tricycle around the neighborhood. As a result of our shared Ontario history, Storybook Gardens in London holds some great childhood memories for us. We took our kids there on Sunday and were pleasantly surprised to find that the place hadn't descended into ruin or tackiness, but instead was now the home of a number of stunning play areas, an incredible splash pad, and the same collection of 'vintage' storybook sites.
Great-Granddad joined us for a few hours and was reacquainted with the kids as we all marvelled at modern playground technology.
Jamie and Justin were very pleased to be treated so respectfully by Great Granddad. By the end of the day, Jamie kept asking if Great Granddad could come on the merry go round with Jamie and Daddy. Thank you for your patience and the obvious pleasure you take in spoiling us Granddad!

Oh, I love Storybook Gardens. Do they still have that cool spider web climbing thing that makes you feel like you are out over nothing?

Ahh, what a beautiful family you are. That's a lovely photo of Josh and Justin. We do think he looks like Heather though. He's certainly a real cutey.
