The real deal

Jamie's real birthday was sweet and surprisingly low-key.

Another year, another cake, and flowers from Daddy.

Our most memorable moment was when we presented her with the cage for this little guy. We've taken the leap into pet ownership, and Jamie made us choke up with her efforts to hold back happy tears when we broke the news. Jamie has unparalleled compassion for things, both living and inanimate, and has been asking for something to cuddle for quite some time. We adopted Snowball from the Humane Society and, apart from perhaps causing some sniffly noses (the jury's still out on the allergy issue), he's a good fit for the Neufelds.
