The Bruce

We've never ventured away from Sandbanks for our annual camping trips, but we thought it might be time to explore. In July we managed a quick two-night reconnaissance mission up the Bruce Peninsula, snagged a lovely site in the quiet mid-week Cyprus Lake Campground, and hiked and swam and hiked and swam. The shoreline looked a little Greek, the water was clear but not too cold, no one fell off a cliff, and we had games and Harry Potter to keep our minds off the mosquitoes in the evenings. Sandbanks has competition!
