Traditions

Although we were busier than (insert one of Papa's classic similes here) getting ourselves and the house ready for our impending sabbatical (yes, this blog is about to get interesting!) we still managed to hang on to a few of the pre-Christmas traditions that sweeten early December. Luckily the kids are now old enough to lend a hand so they managed most of the minimalist tree trimming, and all of the sugar cookie decorating. I think we were still eating a few of these en route to the airport!
