He scores!
Here's a photo of moments following the only goal of the game. We (in blue) had just scored and our team was off celebrating to the right. Games last 90 minutes exactly and fans keep singing and shouting and booing the whole way through.

sounds boring! 90 minutes and only 1 goal? What are your thoughts on this?

Well, Rich fell asleep during the game so my guess is he might agree with you to some extent. But the almost-goals are frequent and the stakes seem so high and the fans keep singing and cheering and booing... and unlike ice hockey, you can see the player's faces as they get hurt, angry, happy, etc. So you get a much clearer view of their responses. Cool, really.

I just had a quick power nap during the 1st half, so I could cheer extra loud during the 2nd. I think. Yawn...
