Gorge fun

Josh found his way to the Elora Gorge and sat on a rock, wiping his forehead with the stream water. The temperature was a muggy 34C and was almost unbearable for any length of time. This dog, however, was having an absolute ball looking for fish or stones or something. Whatever it was, she was very determined and would occasionally surface with a rock-bordering-on-boulder clenched in her jaws. Almost as weird as Heidi....

Grizzly-bear wannabee? A classic grizzly bear photo, and then you do a double-take and realize it's the opposite of a grizzly bear - a love-me-at-any-cost golden retriever. By the way, anyone want to vote on a) whether or not Dad and I should get another dog after we return from Europe; and b) whether to get another Pyrenees or to go for a Bernese this time?

Yes, and Bernese hands down.

Funny! My Dad said exactly the same thing- thought Josh had had a close encounter with a Kodiak...
