Summer

Hot and sunny on a Saturday... a lazy day. Josh ran errands in the morning, then we went out to look at another rental property this afternoon. The location was wonderful but the fully-furnished decor was ghastly. Imagine 1960s 'antiques' throughout, faded pink paint and lampshades (with tassles), oriental 'tapestries' thumbtacked to the walls, topped off with a damp mixed aroma reminiscent of cigarettes and litter boxes. We've been given two-month's notice and will be viewing a fair few of these places over the next month and a bit... sigh.
