Birthdays Galore

Due to an over-abundance of birthdays from January 15th through February 10th in the Douglas family, we ate more than our fair share of pies, cakes, and cupcakes! It was a pleasure to be around this year to celebrate with Brian, Mom, and Dad. Heather was especially pleased to find the necessary ingredients for Pa's favourite pumpkin pie, no small feat in a country where pumpkin is only eaten as a vegetable.
