More firsts
Pooooor Jamie. Mommy got a stomach flu on Monday and was nice enough to share, so that Jamie had her first experience of puking, barfing, whatever descriptor you choose. It was not pretty, and she was not impressed. We're on the mend now, though, and Jamie had a nice long bath tonight. Long enough to get what she calls 'hot dog fingers'.

I remember our first experience with puking. I've done it twice now laying on the couch with a kid on me with a blanket, and puke bowl beside us. And you can feel them start to heave. Lift them up and bring the bowl close. Strong memories.
When I offer to sleep in the room with her, she tells me to 'get out please'. She likes her room quiet and dark.

I like cuddling on the couch and watching movies all night.
Let's hope the xmas bug doesn't hit us all this year! Seems like you guys are getting it early.
