Looks idyllic, doesn't it? It was!

At 9:22 am, Franceen said...: Ahhhhh - the memories!!! I love them all, and want to say something about each and every one of those pictures! But I will choose just one thing, one favourite little tidbit of a memory, the story of the tiara that Jamie is wearing in the middle picture. Sharon gave it to Nanie to wear on her 2008 birthday. Nanie had it on her shelf in the nursing home for a year. Finally I brought it home when Nanie moved to a new room over the holidays. When Jamie's own little tiara broke, I brought this one out for her. Jamie was delighted with it, but expressed concern about whether it was o.k. with Nanie. I assured her it would be fine. Later, when I was on the phone with Nanie, Jamie realized who I was talking to and wanted us to ask Nanie if it was o.k. for Jamie to have the tiara. Of course Nanie said yes. And that put Jamie's mind at ease. What a thought-full girl!

O.K. one more thing - about Justin - isn't that just the cutest picture of him cuddling up to Beowulf! Justin is such a Sweetheart, and a truly excellent hugger!!!
