New beginnings 1

Jenni and Heather have been good friends for many years, beginning with a semester at the University of Western Australia. Jenni fell in love with a Irishman, and they were married this past weekend in Stone, where Jenni grew up.

And yes, Jamie joined us for the event. Keeping her quiet was Josh's job. We started by stuffing her full of 'formula', which she has now begun to gladly accept from a bottle. Waiting for the service to start, Jamie impressed us by continually waving back at an ever growing circle of admirers. Seems to be her trick of the week and we're mighty proud.

The reception was held at the magnificent Crewe Hall, the most elegant reception site we've ever seen. The highlight of the evening was being led in an Irish dancing lesson. While we make absolutely no claim to elegance in this category, it was a whole lot of fun.

Jenni was a stunning bride. Congratulations to you both! Oh, and your present should find you sometime in January. Sorry. We had a fabulous time!

Congratulations Jenni - haven't seen you since Heather's wedding and then a brief in encounter in London (remember the London Eye?). Wish you the best of luck with your Irishman.

Thanks, Caitlin, we had a fabulous day. And thanks H, J & J for such an extensive report in your blog - we do feel special! I'm so glad you were able to be a part of our wedding (I remember yours so vividly). Jamie was a star all day and my Dad was completely smitten by her! I look forward to catching up with you when you're back from Oz and showing you the hundreds of photos we have, including the honeymoon ones now. I feel a slideshow coming on...! Lots of love to all of you x x
