G-oh Canada!
We've known for quite some time that Coventry has a hockey team. For this month's date night, we went to see the Coventry Blaze (best in the league) play the Belfast Giants (second best) at the stadium just 15 minutes up the road. We were quite surprised to discover that at least half the team are Canadians. There were moments when all Blaze players on the ice were Canucks. And it wasn't a fair fight; we won big time: 8-0.Oh, and British fans have the most curious chants. To the other team's goalie they kept shouting, "Dod-gy kee-per, Dod-gy kee-per".
Poor chap.

Mate....I am supprised that it wasn't more violent...but then if they were all canuks then just the usual head bashing ensued eh!
