Mom and Dad, thank you so much for your visit and for taking such good care of Jamie. She misses the cuddles, laughter and extra attention. Josh and Heather miss the extra set of arms and willing nappy changers. We had such a wonderful time although Josh is still a little grumpy after having lost both games of Settlers of Catan (with Knights and Cities expansion). Safe travels in France, Russia and Portugal!

Perhaps you should have said "all 3 games"? If my memory serves me correcctly (which of course is no sure thing), Josh was a glutton for punishment, and gave it the old college try on three separate occasions. You also failed to mention that he lost to Heather every time - the ultimate test and trial for a relationship is playing Knights and Cities together! Right, Meghan and Aaron? By the way, Dad and I have been having a hard time adjusting to France - we miss you all like crazy! Thanks for everything you did for us and with us during our week with you, Josh and Heather! Sure do love you all, and that goes for every one of you kids and grandkids on both sides of the Atlantic!
I tried to tell him it was three, but didn't want to push it when he insisted that it couldn't have been.

Aaah, I should have known you were Settlers fans...if only you still lived in Vancouver, we could all further punish the glutton.
