Lost bearings

Our journey to Australia began by hopping into a taxi at 5:30 AM, waiting in Coventry's Pool Meadow bus station until 6:15 AM (featured below), departuring from Heathrow to Kuala Lumpur (12 hours; featured above), 'enjoying' a rather lengthy stopover, and enduring a final groggy flight to Perth (5 hours). Jamie earned two well-deserved gold stars for her exemplary in-flight behaviour. The crew were charmed with her waves and fellow passengers were thrilled with her frequent naps and smiles. It was an adventure for us all and we landed ready to visit family, celebrate the wedding of Heather's brother Brian and spend Christmas with the 'rellies'.
