"Trick or Treat! Whee-oo, wheeoo!"

Our ears are still ringing. Not only have the kids got the hang of Halloween, but they're now able to stay amped up about it for six hours, at least. From after school chanting, through a rushed supper, to prime time. They hurled themselves from door to door: Jamie with typical focus and determination in search of the appropriate "Kit Cats", Optimus Whine managed to keep his suit together despite a very annoyingly pushy fireman (whee-ooo!), and Laura Ingalls does NOT approve of chip bags. They're now asleep, and we're too exhausted to raid the loot.
