Our lives (Part 3 of 3)
The feeding phase is Jamie's favorite. For almost an hour, eight times a day, Heather and Jamie talk and laugh with an occasional wince of pain from Heather. We think we've got the hang of it now. The milk has arrived and she's not so sore these days. Here's Jamie in one of her dopey after-dinner trances.

Phase Three: what a doll! Here's to lots of utterly peaceful moments like this one!
I want to congratulate you heather for sticking with the breast feeding. It can hurt sometimes, but it will get better and it's so worth it. I know so many people who gave up even before leaving the hospital. It's such a great bonding experience for you and Jamie. Good job.
